ARGX Limited Warranty.

ARGX Mounts LLC (“ARGX”) warrants to the original retail purchaser that ARGX mounting products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase (the “Warranty Period”).

This is a limited warranty and it is the only express warranty provided by ARGX. It applies only to products purchased new in the United States from ARGX or an authorized ARGX reseller, and only to the original purchaser. This warranty is not transferable.

If a covered defect appears during the Warranty Period and is reported to ARGX as described below, ARGX will, at its sole option and as your exclusive remedy: (a) repair the product, (b) provide replacement parts, (c) replace the product with the same or a comparable product, or (d) refund the original purchase price.

Repaired or replacement products and parts are covered for the remainder of the original Warranty Period or thirty (30) days from delivery of the repair or replacement, whichever is longer. Replaced products or parts become the property of ARGX.

This limited warranty does not cover, and ARGX is not responsible for:

• Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, scratches, dents, or finish discoloration.
• Damage or failure caused by improper installation, failure to follow the installation instructions, or installation by an unqualified person.
• Installation into a wall, stud, ceiling, or other structure that is not capable of supporting the combined weight of the mount and the mounted equipment.
• Exceeding the published weight capacity, screen size, or VESA specifications for the product.
• Misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, vandalism, modification, unauthorized repair, or use of non-ARGX parts or hardware.
• Damage from moisture, corrosive environments, outdoor exposure (unless the product is expressly rated for outdoor use), fire, flood, earthquake, power surge, or other acts of nature.
• Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, second-hand products, or products with a removed, altered, or illegible identification label.
• Any televisions, displays, soundbars, walls, furniture, or other property, and any labor or costs for removal, reinstallation, or professional installation.

To obtain warranty service, contact ARGX within the Warranty Period and before returning any product. Send an email to argx@argxmounts.com or submit the contact form with the following information:

• Your name, shipping address, and phone number.
• The product model and, where applicable, the model of the mounted display.
• A dated proof of purchase from ARGX or an authorized reseller.
• A written description of the issue and clear photographs of the defect.

ARGX may request additional information or the return of the product or part for inspection. Do not ship any product to ARGX without prior written authorization. You are responsible for shipping costs to ARGX; ARGX pays return shipping within the United States for products confirmed to be covered by this warranty.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE ONE (1) YEAR WARRANTY PERIOD.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ARGX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGE TO TELEVISIONS, DISPLAYS, WALLS, OR OTHER PROPERTY, LOSS OF USE, OR COSTS OF REMOVAL OR REINSTALLATION, ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE ANY ARGX PRODUCT. ARGX’S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE PAID FOR THE PRODUCT.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Nothing in this warranty affects any rights you may have under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act or other applicable consumer protection laws.

This warranty is governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which ARGX Mounts LLC is organized, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Mounting hardware must be installed into structurally sound wall studs, solid concrete, or masonry using the supplied or specified hardware. Verify the weight and size of your display against the product specifications before installation. If you are unsure about your wall structure or the installation procedure, use a qualified professional installer. Improper installation can result in serious property damage or personal injury and voids this warranty.
