Straightforward returns on ARGX products.
Return window
Returns will be accepted within the published window from delivery, for products in original condition with all hardware and packaging.
Condition
Products must be unused or reinstallable, with no missing hardware. Damage caused by improper installation is not covered by a return.
How to start
Email argx@argxmounts.com with your order details and reason for return, and we will send instructions.
Warranty claims
Defects in materials or workmanship are handled under the ARGX limited warranty rather than the return process.
